Yesss!!!! I let this hair breathe! My scalp is enjoying some more fresh air. Thank you guys for showing love to your girl on social media, thank you, thank you! Virtual hugs and kisses. Bless you! 😀 So I’m not sure if I’m quite fit or ready for this hair journey, but I must say it feels really good to see how healthy my hair looks and how it feels. A friend came over for the holiday and she took charge of reviving and transforming my hair. I loved every bit of these hair sessions. However, I must say there is a lot of work to maintaining and keeping this hair looking fly. I’ not a 100% sure if this fits well into my lifestyle. I’ m always on the go, with very little time to put on makeup on my face, talk less of my hair. But we’ll see, I’m going with the flow and exploring this summer.
Alright I hope you have had a fantastic weekend, even if this means sitting by your window and reading a fabulous book to celebrating graduation with friends.
Congratulations to my TC readers who have just graduated! You did it! I’ m very proud of you! Congratulations again!
So this look was totally unplanned, I’ barely had time to look into the mirror to judge whether this was a good look or not. With my lifestyle, I barely have time to check mark all my outfits to perfection, but the cool thing about randomly putting them together in my head is that I get a chance to fill up my jar of creative juice. And to me this is the best and fun part of dressing up, especially for a chilled weekend look.
For some of you who have been asking since I posted this look on my Instagram, this denim jacket was a steal and I purchased it from a thrift store. It’s a men’s denim jacket . It was one of those days I randomly walked into the thrift store, and found the treasure sitting there waiting for me. To top it all, it was under $40. But not too worry, I have linked where you can also purchase a jacket as close to this as possible. I’ll still keep looking and update you once I find more similar types. P.S : You are welcome to subscribe to the blog , scroll up and you’ll find where to, particularly if you are interested in being the first to know when there’s a item restock, sale and my outfit details.
Quick tips to actually make your denim cooler
- Go up one size bigger than you’d wear
- Wear you favourite belt
- Accessorise with a neck tie
- Add rips to them if they didn’t come ripped
